Ribble Aberdeen-Angus
We farm on the Lancashsire/Yorkshire border with our Ribble Herd of pedigree Aberdeen-Angus cattle alongside our flock of Mule sheep producing Meatlinc cross premium lambs.
The Ribble Herd is one of the largest Aberdeen-Angus herds and is run on a commercial basis. We select the best males to sell as breeding bulls, the rest are then steered and finished here for Waitrose. Our females are either kept for the herd or sold on for breeding with the odd few going into our popular Aberdeen-Angus beef boxes.
Our Services
We have high EBV Aberdeen-Angus bulls and females for sale from our 160 cow Aberdeen-Angus herd along with a few commercial heifers.
We sell our delicious Aberdeen-Angus beef in 10 kg boxes delivered to your door.
We host educational farm visits for schools/colleges/clubs/groups - a minimum of six people to about thirty. The visits are tailored to the group's interest/curriculum. There is no charge for these visits.
