The succulent pure bred Aberdeen-Angus beef is dry matured for over three weeks then shared into 10kg boxes of roasting joints, steaks, casserole steak, mince and Angus-steak burgers with a few pork sausages and dry cure bacon, all vacuum packed and labelled. It is delivered or collected in a box (the size of which fits onto a shelf in the fridge or a drawer in a deep freeze 11.5" x 15" x 5.5" - 29cm x 38cm x 14cm).
